The 2010 Citroen C3

The 2010 C3 is Citroen’s revamp of the initial Citroen C3, to make the then C3 stand out Citroen played it a bit different, making the car a bit taller and a bit more mini MPV-like than a run of the mill “supermini”.

The new Citroen C3’s unique feature. A screen that does not stop until it is above your head. Citroen calls it, “a touch of glass”. They have something very similar with the C4 Picasso.

Engine wise the petrol line-up starts with a weedy 1.1-litre unit, then there's a couple of nippier 1.4s. As with all super minis now a days Citroen also offers three smooth diesels – a 67bhp 1.4 and 1.6s with 89- and 110bhp.

The New Citroen C3 is a super mini made for the town, riding potholes very well but due to its softness the C3 is not the best handling. Like most of the other cars in its class the New Citroen C3 super mini is well refined with road noise at a minimal, though the small engines can be a bit noisy at times.

The 1.1 VT 5 Door will cost you just under £11, 000, the top end Citroen C3 1.6 HDI goes up to £16,000. The launch of the new C3 has meant the prices of a Used Citroen C3 have come down. I saw one a Used Citroen C3 in Aldershot for under £6,000.
