It has been just over a year since Mazda launched its free of charge accident aftercare service, Call Mazda First. The unique service takes the stress out of an accident or theft through a hassle-free accident aftercare service.
Mazda drivers simply call one telephone number and their claim will be managed by experienced Mazda professional who will liaise with insurers, arrange a courtesy car and minimise the headache associated with insurance claims.
The added benefit is that all accidents, regardless of fault, are directed through a Mazda Approved Accident Repair Centre, ensuring that all repairs use genuine parts and are to Mazda standards, preserving original build integrity and warranty eligibility.
According to a Mazda dealer in Grays Essex work generated by Call Mazda First has more than doubled since its launch with each job worth an average £540 in labour revenue alone. It also helps sell parts, on average each repair job requires £600 worth of parts, and customers like that fact that all genuine Mazda parts are being used on their car.
The Call Mazda First service has been welcomed by insurance companies too, currently nine out of 10 insurance companies are happy for their customers to use Call Mazda First rather than using the insurance company's own approved repairer.
Dealers are reporting that as well as a jump in bodyshop work, spin-off benefits in new vehicle sales has also benefited. When dealing with Call Mazda First customers feel as though they are dealing directly with Mazda, which helps bridge a communication gap. As well as enticing new customers the service has helped retain customers who have become loyal to the brand due to the extra free service it offers.
