The Audi Q7

The Audi Q7 is Audi’s answer to the BMW X5, the Mercedes ML and the Volvo XC, and they have done a pretty good job in stunning the competition, and I’m just saying that because I own a beautiful Audi Q7 S-Line.

My main reason or buying the Q7 were that it has a desirable badge on the front, seven seats and its solid build quality means it can tackle a muddy field and ferry the family around without breaking a sweat.

Though it is a 4x4 or SUV it seems very suited to tarmac roads, it is agile and responsive as well as quick off the mark. The adjustable air suspension means it can be lifted for off road adventures or those nasty speed humps in the suburbs.

Audi quality is oozing out of the Q7, the interior is very smart, feels and looks solid and the build quality and finish is noticeable. This SUV weighs in at 2.5 tonnes and is over 5 metres long, but you could not tell of its size when you are driving around, even when parking the parking aid helps visually as well verbally park the monster truck!

I bought my Q7 from Essex Audi, if you are after an Audi Q7 in Essex look up Audi Southend or Audi Harold Wood, they tend to have a good selection of new and used Q7s in stock.

The Audi S3

Audi’s answer to the VW Golf R32 or the Focus ST is the Audi S3. Like all Audi S models, it is comes with Audi renowned Quattro four-wheel drive system. The four wheel drives provides incredible grip while the turbocharged 2.0 engines provides immense power.

As with most turbo charged engines the S3’s 2.0 Turbo charged engine only really wakes up above 2000 rpm, anything lower than that and it seems pretty hesitant to move on, built once the turbo kicks in it becomes a new beast.

Unlike most of its competitors in the hot hatch market the S3 has four wheel drive, which gives it the edge when it comes to handling. The four wheel drive system, shifts power from back to front wheels to help keep the car glued to the tarmac.

The S3 is a typical Audi, in that everything feels beautifully finished and built to last. You can expect good reliability, too, and the standard A3 has consistently finished well above average in the JD Power customer satisfaction survey.

Being a bit of a boy racer’s dream, Essex Audi have a lot of new and used Audi S3 in Southend, will the typically Ford devotes be heading to Audi for their next hot hatch?
